Security?
Unless you opt for extra security options or a
motor specific to your door (e.g. Hormann), installation
of a garage door operator requires the disconnection
of any existing locks. This should not greatly
affect the security of your door, but we would
ask you to note this when making your decision.

Safety
All openers used by YGO include electronic ‘sensitivity’
systems which set appropriate force limits according
to the weight of your individual door. This system
senses an obstruction and automatically reverses
or stops the door. Non-contact (I-Beam) sensors
can also be used to detect obstructions before
they contact with the door. Openers can be easily
and quickly disengaged by using the manual release
mechanism. See accessories
for further details
